There are several levels of healthcare employer participation available – from simple distribution of job opportunities to bigger charitable initiatives. Network members can participate in scholarship programs, workforce preparedness training, the publishing of national competency standards, Wounded Warrior support programs or establish their own internal Military to Medicine outreach and recruitment program.
