PROVEN METHODS FOR SUCCESS
Military to Medicine’s strategy follows proven methodology – establishing sustainable outreach, recruitment and retention bridges from the military community to industry-specific employers, similar to Helmets to Hardhats, Troops to Teachers and Troops to Truckers.
In our first year of operation (2009), Military to Medicine® served more than 1,500 students, within the global military community. In 2010, we've averaged 337 students per month and helped to place 11 candidates a month in healthcare careers.
