Military to Medicine’s strategy follows proven methodology – establishing sustainable outreach, recruitment and retention bridges from the military community to industry-specific employers, similar to Helmets to Hardhats, Troops to Teachers and Troops to Truckers.
In our first year of operation (2009), Military to Medicine served more than 1,500 students, within the global military community. In our first month of operation, we placed 35 employees in healthcare positions. We’re poised for growth and expansion of the program.
Charitable support from individuals, corporations, and other organizations enables Military to Medicine to support the career goals of our nation's military family.
