Military to Medicine® has designed a pathway to achieve your desired training and portable career — in three steps.
Apply to become a member of our national healthcare professional network through our Workforce-Ready Assessment Center. We want to make sure we know what your goals are and what experience you bring before we help you develop a career pathway. A student services representative provides career coaching to help develop your own individual training plan. Healthcare employers need skill sets in both direct patient care and in administrative and technology fields — we’ll help you choose the portable career pathway that matches your goals and interests. You bring the desire and we’ll provide the knowledge you need to be successful in the healthcare industry.
Once the training plan is outlined, your education begins. Military to Medicine’s virtual institute meets you where you are and is designed around your life.
Students receive entry-level career training courses based on their training plan and assessment. Each course builds upon the one before it, leading into targeted, high-demand, critical-skill occupations. The complete list of courses is found online in the course catalog. For students with prior healthcare experience, Military to Medicine offers refresher or continuing education courses.
